So I've been playing this game for a while now, and no this is NOT the global version yet, it's the official Taiwan/China release. I mostly rely on google translate just to understand the UI and everything else.
Aside from that, it's a solid hybrid of realistic/arcade-ish racing sim. Why is it hybrid? The controls and handling are what you'd find on an actual racing sim, where turning, braking, and drifting requires proper timing and angles. Races are sanctioned and offical with actual race tracks. The upgrade and modification system is where the arcade-ish part comes it, it's pretty simple and doesn't have that much tuning options. It's as simple as when your car is maxed out in drifting and turning, then than car's handling becomes significantly easier (becomes almost the same as the handling of modern NFS games). It's all about upgrading and collecting upgrade parts, that's pretty much it.
I'm yet to give my final verdict on F2P progression, because so far it's actually not that bad. You'd get plenty of cars through free gacha pulls and as long as you drive and win properly, there's plenty of upgrade materials that you can earn through the progression system (PvE, and specially Ranked games), and you can easily use those to max out your "common" and "rare" cars. And even with a non-maxed out car, you can still easily reach Top 3 in every ranked race as long as your careful with the turns and drifts. Just keep on ranking up both the Driver's rank and Individual car's rank and you'd have plenty of gold/upgrade materials to earn.
Graphics-wise, it really looks good specially when maxed out, also a bit better than Ace Racer (which is also by NetEase), It's just less flashier since it's aiming for a realistic vibe. It's pretty optimized as well as the controls (it has native gamepad support btw). I also wouldn't compare this to CarXstreet since that's open world and has more freedom in tuning.
That's it for now, they still haven't finalized when the hell is the global version releasing, but it should be within this year.

do you know where global version of this game gets released 🤔

As per their discord and FAQ, it should release some time in 2024, no specific month though. There were news that it would release in March 2024 but obviously that didn't happen.
