No option to download?

There is no option for me to download Torchlight: Infinite, only a pre-register button. The game has been out for well over a year. Anyone that can help? I'm on Android.

Edit: The game isn't available on the Play Store in my country, that's why I downloaded this app. I read that you could circumvent the restrictions by using 3rd party installers like TapTap.
