As a Hearthstone player, you have a lot of say in this. In Hearthstone, the "sorry" emote was removed because it was often used for trolling rather than genuine apologies.
In the game, players used to habitually use the "sorry" emote when entering the finishing move turn, which may make opponents surrender instantly. Therefore, in Hearthstone matches, some players would trick their opponents into surrendering using this method, even though they weren't able to beat their opponents.
"Thank you" can be just as toxic. If I get face-rolled and I go to concede, I might hear "thank you."
Basically, all emotes except "threaten" can be used sarcastically.
So, besides these, what are some other ways in games to instantly provoke your opponent?😆
That reminds me of the "Thank you" in pokemon unite... (っ- ‸ - ς) Rarely if ever seen it being used in a non sarcastic way (,,¬﹏¬,,)
