Unfortunately the game is heavily P2W. Most of the times you play with bots anyway that are so dumb that they suicide rush the enemy and die instantly. If you are new and match with players, there is an option in the top left corner to leave the match... because it looks like matchmaking is indiscriminatory and constantly puts you with people who have a massive advantage over you. Recent "balancing" updates only widen the gap between tiers, and Legendary stuff is like 4 times better than your common garbage that you start with.
