I have something similar as to SSR count around lvl 50 playing over one week so it's not a big deal and I have a bad luck man

Author likeddw my account started with bad luck too ... i lost frst at silver mane's banner by getting that mage ... then later got two chae hae in suddenly at like 20 pity and then got silver mane in next 10 pity ;-;... dont lose hope keep trying mate after few days if the bad luck stays consistent then i would say change ur acc
