Nowadays it's not fashionable to compare any gacha anime game with genshin. I personally think that wuwa is a slightly different format. I don't play genshin anymore, even though I was level 60. To be honest genshin lacked some seriousness, it has an interesting enough plot and lore, but it's presented in a too childish manner. In this respect, I find wuwa more serious, and the style of the world here is more simple and "empty", like a dark minimalism. I'm also attracted by the combat in wuwa like in the other game from kuro games, so I hope to stay in this game longer.

To be honest, Genshin has a dark undertone in the story as well but the presentation itself often detract the player from experiencing it, I wish they'd listen more from the non-twitter users and not cater to a certain community just for the profit and improve their mediocre services, besides I'm also a genshin enjoyer regardless.

Overall I think genshin is better.
I've done the first 3 acts of WuWa and the story and EN voice acting is very mediocre. You get bombarded with an exposition dump of hard to remember chinese terms before being sent on a weird long errand quest that makes you question what you are doing in the first place. And I was annoyed that the first 3 or 4 characters I got all looked way too similar to each other. The combat is pretty complex though if you're into combos, more so than genshin I think. The APM required for the combos seems pretty high though so expect a lot more button mashing than what you see in genshin. Overall I think genshin is better.

I genuinely haven't ever had this much fun playing a gacha game.
As a former Azur Lane, Genshin and PGR player I don't think I have ever had this much fun with a gacha game as I am having now with WuWa. I thought I was really done with gacha games since I kind of got bored and burned out from them but wow Wuwa was unexpected haha. I ABSOLUTELY adore the combat, music and the overall art style the game has. Fighting that giant Banyan really gave me the feeling I am fighting the damn Guardian Ape from Sekiro and in best way possible. Sure at some parts the game falls off but I really hope this game succeeds.

WuWa seems to be just the thing we were looking for
Ive played a lot of genshin before and i would say it was very gud at its peak but lets be honest we didnt have anything else to compare it with so it was everything we had in mobile. It was pretty boring to do the same lame things every day. But i would say its kinda worth it to just play it for the next archon quests. Wuthering mostly has all the things genshin wouldve had. Mostly the combat is what im here for. Its pretty nuts for a mobile game. Although it has some weak points but every game has it and I'm believing in kuro that they will make this game one of the best in the market.
