Recently, my friend and I were playing Original Sin 2 together. It feels like ages since we last played an RPG. But as soon as we started the game, we both instinctively began opening every box and pocketing whatever we found.
One great thing about this game is that even during plot moments, NPCs balabala… players’ characters can still freely do anything. While the villain is talking about their evil plans, my friend and I are raiding the leftover food on the nearby table. By the time we're done, the NPC has finished their speech.
Me: What did they say just now in the plot?
My friend: No idea, I didn't catch a word of it.
Me: So, where do we go now?
My friend: No clue.
Then we go to the basement for another round of looting...
Monsters on deck be like: Are you gonna fight or what?
