It's very forgiving and welcoming towards newcomers. The artwork is phenomenal in amplifying Old fairytale into "new" appealing characters; each w/ their own Lore. If you are worried about P2W issues ~ they are quite lenient for Free Players in gaining Gems & receiving 5 star characters.

Extremely f2p friendly, which is the biggest draw. You can get every new character if you do the dailies. And the combat is fast, reactive and fluid. Actually challenging skill based gameplay. Highly recommended.
