dear sausage man team, I'm from asia, and i've been playing this game since beginning. two three months ago, when the kamen rider event came it didn't appeared on my account. While my friends were able to access it. I even created another new account to see and it worked but in my main account it still didn't appeared. And after that the hello kitty collab event which also didn't appeared on my account. I looked it on youtube comment section, many players were talking about this problem. one guy said it happened because my account was old, is it? i dont think it was for specific players. please fix it in future. i even changed my server from asia to n.a so that the event could have fixed but noo that was a big mistake. My ping started getting too high by which sometimes it would kick me out on the middle of the game even while the internet is fine as f. i still got cooldown for 98 days. please i hope you guys fix this problem.
