The official statement acknowledges the presence of numerous leaks about Zenless Zone Zero across various social media platforms. Upon investigation, it was confirmed that the leaker had obtained development data through unauthorized means, including unpublished character design concepts from the development team, which is deeply regrettable. Therefore, the decision was made to release relevant information directly instead of attempting to conceal it.
