Disk Drives: Artifacts (A = 4*)
Boopon: Bangboos are "combat pets" that have their own banner that you can't buy the pulls for with premium currency. The Boopons are said currency for their banner, you want as much of these as you can get.
W-Drive: Equivalent to Weapons in Genshin, or Light Cones in HSR.
I don't think you can go too wrong with which Disk Drive you choose, but it won't matter all too much anyway, since they're equivalent to 4* Relics/Artifacts.
For the early game choice, it mostly depends if you prefer having a faster stun on the boss or if you'd rather deal more damage. Stunning the boss is very valuable, since during that period it takes 200% increased damage iirc. So I think I'll go for that one, but I'd love to know what you guys think!

Woodpecker Electro: 8% CR + 9% ATK with uptime depending on your crits
vs
Hormone Punk: 10% ATK + 25% ATK with 40% uptime (when utilized perfectly)

Shockstar Disco: 6% Impact + 15% Daze
