π Cons: Changing my stars again after so long.. nowadays the game are going downside. And they seem to never fix anything at all. Not even stopping players from cheating in Home weekly like ranking, even when its so obvious.. I am tired of reporting in both Costumer Service and Discord, but its all useless. The service and management here have 0 interest in making the game better for you. They only want to keep releasing event that makes you spend money, or hard level maps like the 'wild place' that only those from older servers can beat. Or driving new players out to make older players in older servers happier while also taking away new players money.
If you plan to start this game, you better not spend anything into it. Or just don't start playing this game. They don't listen to you at all.
π They merged a server with, a half a year older with a younger server, that just started out for 2 - 3 months.. with the majority of the players still below 80.. while the older servers already had level 100 players...
Its not hard to figure out it is not balanced at all. And the result only makes the top 1-10 players in servers below them all leaving the game.. some even started new on younger server, hoping they could avoid the merger.. but no... Eventually all server will be merged like that, and more new players will leave... Those people that leaves the game are heavily pay to win btw, and they just spends alot only to be pushed down in the ranks because of the unbalanced merger. That is exactly why they chooses to leave.
π The majority of power people in the game are obsessed with rankings, because the reward is actually useful.. you can buy crystals and scale for armor everyday at least with those.. even if they don't need that, they would still wanna dominate the ranks, cause it makes people wanna follow you. But what if there is a way you can cheat through that, by making many small level accounts, just to give likes to yourself?
Since more than 2 months ago I have reported people jumped their likes by alot suspiciously, but until today, they never fix the problem at all
At first they said its "unavoidable" then it become "players won't be interested in decorating if we remove it" and then it becomes a fake promise.. that they never fix at all.. just how more disturbing can it get, that that somebody is cheating and exploiting the ranks but the game just let it be.. despite of saying that the act of cheating is prohibited in their discord forum.. what a hypocrite
There is no consequences at all, or stoppings to these acts, not fixing the system where it can be manipulated, despite of the many suggestions to fix it. They can at least remove the ranks, if they know it can be manipulated or cheated.
*The photos shows that a player raises their likes by 80 and 120 in a hour, something that nobody in the many servers can do, in a hour. And the chinese guy, was never in the ranks at all at first, but suddenly at night it jumped to 100 likes out of nowhere, just yesterday..
With a house looking like a broke person..? If its called the "Home Ranking" shouldn't it be based on that? People gives like to it because the home base looks good, or because they need golds.. but people are not robot that can allΒ be online at the same time, at the same hour, just to give like to somebody with a broke ass home like that. The prosperity are not that great, and he wasn't even in the top 3 rank last week! He only have 80 likes last week.. so how did someone like that suddenly jumped alot in likes, in a very short time..
Then the next one is someone that I reported months ago, but never got any consequences. They just keep doing that, raising their likes by 120 likes in hour everyday! Despite of not recieving likes at all previously. They even got to change names to "Β Β Β Β Β " just to avoid getting caught..
and the management don't give consequences, warnings, or fix it at all.. they literally let an obvious cheating act alone..Β isn't it supposed to be embarassing that a game company let this behavior go without investigating it at the least? This game developer reputation should be at risk..

Devs ban ppl that chat in worldchat or discord and it's permanent many has went missing and never heard of anymore, if you were to mentions why your guild mates or friends were ban you were instead IP ban not only on discord but in-game one screenshot of any chat mentions the game unreward or complains devs will ban when someone tipped off devs at discord, many players were ban even some hhh dispute will lend to ban as some player only screenshot 1 sided insults and get the other party ban the population kept declining .

Thank you so much moonton for letting me in advance server. I really like matching type and heroes i haven't encountered trolls
π Pros: Good matching and access to the new heroes or revamp and free diamonds.
π Cons: Can't Recharge but vanguard can exchange diamonds, Can't login or sign up, there is few bugs that i encountered, you have to do the mission to get vanguard but its okay to me because the mission is super easy and not that hard.
