Splinter Cell please. Give me Sam Fisher doing tier one spec ops stuff in ray tracing hi fidelity 4K and I'll be one happy camper.

Vanilla EverQuest. It's still the best MMO experience to-date. The core game paired with a modern engine would instantly make it the best in-genre.
