After playing through the demo, I'm definitely looking forward to this one.
Firstly, it's a Souls-like game. But where as many of such games are set in a dark or goth setting, Enotria is set in a beautiful and lush world filled with Sunlight and rays of brightness.
It's reminiscent of Bloodborne with the game play, but it takes on a whole new life of its own when you get into the combat systems and the masques systems. Instead of having a traditional loadout, you have masks that you can customize to a degree with the talent system. By unlocking the talents and equipping them (7 at a time), you can make a mask and therefore gameplay, unique to you and your style. From there, you can have up to 3 masks equipped at a time and can switch between them as you see fit. It gets even more complex with the ability system  where you have to deal damage or deflect enemy attacks to build them up before unleashing them. So no spamming.
The setting is based on the Dell'arte style of theatrical play. Which is why you get the masks. If you don't know what that is, think of the opera/theatrical plays where the actors wear flamboyant clothing and gorgeous masks that are meant to communicate to the crowd.
It's beautifully done. And I genuinely think that fans of the Souls genre will find this to be a welcome and fresh addition to their collection.
