Its a hardware-hungry game, yes, but runs perfectly fine on my Galaxy Tab S7+, to give you a rough idea... Also, i highly recommend to give the game a deeper try. Once you have built yourself a deck that you are happy with, Gwent in unparalleled in the history of card-games...
