I'm a fan of the series. This game looks good topnto bottom. so much is expected and I know they need to make money to continue this franchise. I'm scared I will need like 100 bucks for something and need it regularly to be successful as a fan and a player. I hope they make it where they can squeeze their dough and it not be forced just be a darn good game.

id recommend that if your'e curious to watch the beta gameplays on YouTube. it seems there is a gacha pull system but it looks similar in extent but maybe more tame than square Enix's final Fantasy vii ever crisis mobile game which is still considered f2p but has a gacha system for weapons and also you can get different outfits but from watching beta gameplay videos for this game it looks to be just trophy things that give buffs or extra stats and my guess is there'll probably be cosmetic stuff also currency to use for pulls upgrades etc, likely knowing sq there may be a paid and regular currency which likely paid currency would give ability to pull better draws with increased pull rates or other things. but knowing square Enix they are more generous with they're mobile games and are often f2p with optional paid stuff while leaving most of the game if not all achievable without paying anything. with the developer's history in mobile titles and likely since square Enix has the profit from the main Franchise and they can use this to entice people to buy they're main titles cause this is as far as I'm aware a game to add additional story. its not meant to to be a standalone game.

honestly I'm the same way, I hope they don't put micro transactions in this game
