Super Break DMG Formula:

Very similar to the Normal Break formula, it works as such:
Toughness DMG * ( (1 + Break Efficiency)/30 ) * Multiplier Level * (1 + Break Effect%) * Enemy DMG Reduction
Multiplier Level being 3,767 at lvl 80.
Ruan Mei is the only character that can increase the Break Efficiency for allies as of Version 2.2, making her a powerful duo with Harmony Trailblazer.

Super Break DMG only requires Break Effect, meaning that all characters can deal DMG thanks to Harmony Trailblazer.

However, there are some characters that are even better:

Asta - Great Toughness DMG through her Skill, grants extremely valuable SPD buff to all allies.
Luka - Decent Toughness DMG, has his own Bleed, and thanks to his Physical element, he applies the strongest DoT from Weakness Break. What makes him particularly strong is his ability to detonate a part of his Bleed, including the Break Bleed that deals ton of DMG.
Xueyi - Thanks to her Break Effect scaling, she will also gain a ton of DMG% so her personal DMG will also be quite decent. Also attacks more often with her follow-up attacks and can Break enemies without Quantum Weaknesses.
Gallagher - The only sustain that scales with Break Effect. Can deal very high DMG and often deals Super Break DMG with his Basic ATK > Ultimate > Basic ATK rotation.
