Hey, can someone help me, please, I downloaded Genshin via Taptap because it didn't work on the Google Play store, according to Youtube it should work, but I did everything as described and it still said that the app was not installed .. I have enough space. Does anyone have a tip for me I would really like to play genshin again.

Google Play store doesn't let you download the game because you don't have a requirements of your device OR depending what your specific device who are you from your country and your total RAM. But you can bypass it by downloading GI via TapTap or Qoo App that they should work or not work. Real question. Why my device when installing GI says "App not installed" Because, it seems your device is a 32-bit system, armeabi-v7a. So you need a modern device have 64-bit compatible, including mid-range phones with beter processor and RAM. This game requires 64-bit only, arm64-v8a. To check your system info, install AIDA64 or Device Info HW.
