I am going to be critical about the kit. When I read the gun, abilities, ultimate, and passive, first there is barely a rhyme or reason. You have a support that deals high damage thanks to her gun, while simultaneously having a high (and possibly auto-targeting) healing and a revive, but the ultimate enhances mobility and damage, I see no cohesion. Lastly, you didn’t put any specific description and numbers so it’s hard to make any assessment.
