Zhuzin's damage is very underwhelming cause even if she does CC you she very likely cannot finish you off on her own. She dies very easily to burst heroes especially assassins. Even mages like Valir and Vale can counter her by just CCing her making it difficult for her to even get close to them.

surprisingly a new hero is actually underpowered. she's gonna get buffed I'm calling it now. one problem is that she need to hit with 1st ability to deal damage and CC which is hard to do against mobile heroes making the act of building the ice item a necessity. but assassin just jump in and kill then run out.
