Yes, you can play GI on your mid-range phone (Poco X3 NFC) in Low to Medium graphics with 30 FPS. Also you can use 60 FPS in Lowest graphics only, but I prefer 30 FPS in all graphics settings to save battery life, less heat and better stability compared to 60 FPS.
