Gameplay - Open world, character customization is decent, good cars, can change camera perspective (tpp or fpp). Overall a decent gameplay on mobile.
Graphics - Played on low to ultra. Lagged heavily and was unplayable from medium settings to ultra settings (Snapdragon 636). The graphics are very badly optimized. Even a Snapdragon 800 series powered smartphone can't run on maximum settings.
I would suggest you to play only after the game gets properly optimized. Don't waste your time and data otherwise.

I completely agree with what you wrote, I have Asus rog phone 5 and not with the settings at most is not good.
