things to remember: each tank will be put in the situation where they can put their maximal amount of dps without the use of ults however it will not take an account how realistic these situations are
Their extra abilities like stuns, slows or even Insta kills will be take in account
Jabali: with a dps of about 1700 (this includes reloading) and 2300 dps if you use his ability’s right he is amazing at mowing down hords (assuming you don’t get melted) and also his attacks can go through shields

Victor: I have seen some amazing victors in my time of T3 arena and the most notable one was Victor who was able to pull off a one shot combo of dash- full headshot-full headshot kind of consistently and he was a force to be reckoned with
A full headshot will do 2400 and can do 1.5 shots per second meaning with a combined dps potential of 3600 per sec he is a BEAST (he is just hella inconsistent and this is almost impossible to pull of whenever you want it to(unless your him)
And his dashes will do 1400 and with his 2nd abilitie he can gain his dashes back in a second meaning more death
However this is a character where I have to take an account the inconsistency and realistic aspects

Fade: this man’s entire kit means damage and he can put out damage his gun does 2380 per shot and is able to shoot is gun 8 times in 11 seconds which means he has a dps of about 1730 of nice consistent damage 3 shots and your dead
However his most damaging attack is his dash or a rush which does a combined total of 4480 flat damage if you press your opponent on a wall not to mention your opponent if you usually stunt enough to land two shots from your gun, which turns 4480 into 9240 of flat damage (this will be most noticeable on a ruby with no passive or vanguard blessing other wise the damage will be nerfed by 20% on tanks with the vanguard blessing)
This rush can be preformed against in 2 seconds if you take enough damage and live (with his passive)

fort: his only source of damage is his gun BUT that’s not to say he’s weak with 480 damage per hit and he can shoot 5 projectiles with each projectile capable of hitting 2 times so it’s 480x10 and that’s 4800 GUARANTEED damage Over a period of 3 seconds thats 1600 per second on the first burst
BUT notice how I say FIRST Burst as fort can still shoot 1 seconds after he fires a burst and that leave a small window of even more sticky attacks on a opponent where he already has some sticky’s from the last Burst turning 1600 into 2000 per second for that small Burst
He can 2 burst any squishy tho so don’t let the small numbers fool you

Ono:as the only tank with a attack pattern he is pretty unique in this situation as if we just account his main attacks he will be almost as good as jab but he isn’t with his ability that dealers a little over 3000 damage so if you combo the big attack and the big slash the dps will add up to be 4000 dps
And that WILL 2 shot any squishy not to mention the show on his first 2 attacks but the slow will wear off before it can influence the next attack
(Notes: I think the slow messes up the aim but that’s a fair trade for a lower escape of your enemy)

Ruby: this beast of a women has a attack that launches 3 projectiles and each doing around 500 per body and around 730 per headshot that will add up
730x3 will hit you around 2200 if all projectiles hit there mark it’s also good to include the fact that she can attack 2 times a sec making her all headshot dps 4400 per sec
But the best part of this…..is her rock which is more spam able then her shields being a a shorter cooldown and does 840 dmg. Her stun lasts for 1 sec so say goodbye to your hp if this combo lands and most likely if she does land it you won’t be able to get away without help

Zk:being put in the best situation possible zk will have a dps of 6600 per sec

but I won’t tell anyone that glitch so his best other way will give him a dps of 3500 and this is from his 5800 snowball attack which hits a opponent with a snowball AND the stick and after the combo he’s hitting the opponent with his main attack while waiting for his next snowball on a 3 sec cooldown soooooo yea
(It’s almost impossible to pull this off in a ss game tho so don’t get any hopes for zk being good)

Tigris: being one of the hero’s who has a unintentional one shot combo his attack is pretty high doing as much damage as fade(2380)per shot while attacking only a little bit slower with the benefit that he doesn’t have to reload he has fades attack AND his dash which deals a grand total of 2500 if you land the stun and the stun lasts half a sec which is enough time to land another shot but the 2nd shot you will need to do before the dash to finish a squishy in one motion
Attack-wall dash- attack
That’s the one shot that does 7260 damage which makes him only a little worse then fade BUT his dash is nearly INSTANT and on a short 6 second cooldown so landing this combo is 10x EASIER to do and land
