I don't think that I have used a third party login because this account I'm using is also linked to my google account which is my only account that I use for taptap games. Its been a while since I played this game so its frustating that my progress is lost even its a f2p account. Thanks for the response btw

you probably logged in using a different method but if your Google account is linked to taptap this problem shouldn't have happened unless you haven linked your Google to your taptap then this problem happens frequently. for example third party login is by email not Google mail so you probably logged in using your email though it does have the same credentials as your Google account flash party will think it's a new account because you did not link it to taptap. so make sure you use the same account which you used when creating taptap or account or the same account you previously logged in not a third party account login
