In rank mode, you shouldn't let players use unfamiliar heroes or first-time heroes, it's one of the reasons our game experience sucks. Let the player learn the hero first in a certain match in normal mode, or gain a hero badge before they can use it in rank. And those experiencing a lose streak shouldn't also be in the rank game. Let them play normal mode or let them cool down so they are in their right mind. Losers act like fools, even trolling. I know losing is part of the game but "I would rather lose with good teammates than some squammy player"

i just uninstall this game 1 min ago because those idiots keep popping in my match as teammates and HOK ban system waste of time because it'll rest every Monday so you can't ban any 3 players for more than 1 week
