I agree it's addictive but the cons and gameplay time I feel like it needs to be idle after death not back to the main menu

YESSS. At least some kind of save feature. feel like devs have pretty much stopped adding to it. it could be addictive but basically same maps over and over gets old. lack of aforementioned save capacity leaves one unwilling to pick it up for a few minutes here and there. no new upgrades in forever. started off gorgeous. hope dev revives love.
