To increase your luck, I suggest worshipping your guild leader. I know this sounds ridiculous, but it worked for me. I worshipped and prayed to my guild leader as a joke a while ago and surprisingly, I was able to get the banner characters super easily back then (got both banner characters with only 40 pulls). I kept doing that crap just to troll dah leader but when we got the new year versions of the 4 Problem Solver 68 characters + New year Serika, I was able to get all 5 characters in just 200 pulls. So yeah, long story short, if you pray to dah guild leader everyday and offer your thanks, your luck will increase a lot... Probably. 👍🏻
