Try these 2 method that they should work; (1) If you have previous version installed, clean your storage space about ~8GB or more free space before install/update the game. If still says app not install, go to downloads folder in [../Android/data/com.taptap.global/files/] then find the downloaded apk file and move the apk file (do not copy) to the SD card or USB Flash Drive. And finally install/update the game that you moved to the SD card or your Flash Drive to your device. This method should work with external drives, if not proceed to another method. (2) If still not work, you can Uninstall and Install the game. This will work on clean install, but you may take some time to download the game data.
