The rules for obtaining the weapon in this event are as follows:
During the event, all Travelers who have reached Adventure Rank 20 or above who log into Genshin Impact on the PlayStation®4 or PlayStation®5 system will be able to obtain the event-exclusive 4-star weapon Predator (Bow) directly through in-game mail.

Didn't you read the other post that they make it say after 2.2 and start of 2.3 traveler that login into ANY availabe platfrom will able to obtain Aloy if traveler have yet to get during phase 1
