No, you can't simply change it by yourself. Unless the maintainer or a technician made a modification of the Redmi 9C into 64-bit system kernel, that the hardware is 64-bit. But in some cases it will cause instability by bricking/modifying the device that may be unusable, so I do not recommend it by yourself if you don't have a knowledge on modifying this thing

Not compatible on Redmi 9C because you have 32-bit system on your device. You cannot install it that the game requires 64-bit only with arm64-v8a. So your devices can see an error after install "App not installed"
