Cerberus can skip invuln phase when using paralyze. First off. When Cerb hits 70% of HP, it will enter invuln phase.
Then Cerb will teleport out of the battlefield for a seconds, and leaves small frames of vulnerable parts that can actually deal DMG and paralyze him. That's why I pick Vidya as the best amp support that can CC him.
Lyfe Wednesday & Chen-EC also works as well, so you should pick either one of the three Electrical units capable to paralyze him.
I'll leave you out my short replay to observe this runs. Unfortunately, this footage is 30 FPS, and you'll see duplicates in 60 FPS video. My apologies.
