My issue is on the arena the tutorial is leading me to the arena when i click the arena icon its black screen and i cannot proceed but there is a sound that the game is still running please fix it im new to this game my be its a bug or something

you must have not downloaded the game properly after like 10 mins of gameplay it asks you to download the content to continue if you don't download it and proceed to play it will lock you in arena black screen, the fix is, make a new account in another server and play the tutorial and when it asks to download the extra resources download it it's not much, than go back to your original server it will fix the problem.
