This game is heavily P2W, and you will notice that the first minute,I can't play this game for 10 minutes without seeing new packs pop up every 2 minutes
I reached chapter 4 and I'm still with uncommon gear With few sources to farm for gems and unlock new gear through chests,and yes this game doesn't give u any gear
there's also a pet system (companion) which u also need gems to pull them and u need certain amount of pulls to unlock the second and third pet in your team
Basically the game is not f2P friendly
