Downloaded but not able to play, whenever I press the play button inside the game, The game starts but the accelerator or brakes and steering buttons are all stuck, Nothing works. I have a midrange phone but still it sucks

yeah same happen to me and in setting it says controller is connected and i don't even have a controller and when i open game the vehicle doesn't even move nothing work because the controller is connected does any body know how to fix it ?? 😞
