A game that plays itself.
5 hours into the game and I haven't actively "played" a minute of it. Only upgraded my units and pressed start on every stage. The stages are a joke as your units are so overpowered, you don't even have to do anything. It almost feels like an Idle game without the Idle rewards.
The game is so generous, that it doesn't even feel like an achivement to get an SSR unit. In 5 hours of "playing" I got 16 different SSRs which would be cool, if the stages were challenging and you would have to use some strategy. But this game is easier than the tutorials of some other games. Hilarious.
The character designs are okay but easily forgettable. There is some fan service but not nearly enough to get people to spend money on this game. The story is so boring, that I had to skip every dialogue after like 20 minutes into the game. There are some animated cutscenes that are kinda cool, but that's it.
It would be a miracle if this game survives longer than 6 months.
That’s just what I’m looking for. Which means I can do other things while still collecting waifus. But I do understand that some people prefer something engaging and getting more involved.

No definetly not all gacha games are like this. But maybe I have higher standards. PTN is a masterpiece gacha game, I am a day 1 player but it is an entirely different game than Starseed - hard to compare the two games. Arknights is not my cup of tea bc the ingame models look bad compared to the character cards (I don't like chibi style characters in general).
