I know how to download games from other regions. But in such a case only a button should be visible (download from play store) fortunately you don't have to download much. TapTap regularly makes such circuses that mislead people. Pretty sure they don't even check submission before making them online. There are countless games like this which don't work for various reason. TapTap is just mindlessly hosting everything, no quality assurance.
