Games worth discovering

I have been looking for an open world RP life simulator for mobile forever now, it seems like.

I've been through all the GTA style games, the one I get suggested the most is Onestate. There's no customization for your character, you pick a pre-made person and hope you don't have a bunch of other mfs that look like you. Grand Criminal Online would be decent, but it's in early access, which comes with bugs and probably a shut down to drop a full release. I played Free City and that was the best so far!! However, they recently shut down to prep for a global release...so I wait. Flex city is what I settle for.

I've also tried all "The Sims" style games as well. Avakin is great, but I'd prefer to move my character a bit better than just point and click. Avaland isn't bad, but it isn't 'free willed' enough and the art style isn't attractive to me. So TSM is where I settle.

I also love games where you can build your own house, but that's not necessarily needed if you give me real estate to choose from (e.g. GCO).

Can someone give me more ideas?
