(iOS) PUBG: NEW STATE Second Alpha Download Guide

Hello, Survivors!

If you were selected to participate in PUBG: NEW STATE's Second Alpha Test, you can download the Alpha Test client now!

*Please note that while you can pre-download the Alpha Test client, the servers will not be accessible until the Alpha Test begins on August 27 at 05:00 (UTC+0).

NOTE: This is the download guide for iOS users. If you applied for the test as an Android user, please refer to the Android Download Guide.

To download the iOS Alpha Test client, you will need to access both Testflight and the Testflight invitation email that was sent to the email address you used to apply for the Alpha Test.

[u]TESTFLIGHT LINK INSTALLATION

1. Install the Testflight App from the App Store.

2. Open the Tester Invitation email sent by Testflight and tap on "View in Testflight" to launch Testflight.

3. Tap "Accept" to start downloading the Alpha client.

If you are shown a code after tapping on "View in Testflight," open Testflight on your iOS device and choose "Redeem." Enter the code to start downloading the Alpha client.

[u]MINIMUM DEVICE SPECS

To ensure an optimal experience for players, this Alpha Test is only available on iOS devices that are iPhone 6S or later models and running iOS 13.0 or higher. Please note that PUBG: NEW STATE is still in development and will be optimized to run on a number of different iOS devices when it launches later this year.

*Devices running iOS 15 BETA will not be able to participate in the Second Alpha Test due to compatibility issues.

[u]HAVING ISSUES DOWNLOADING OR LOADING THE CLIENT?

[/u]Here are some of the most common solutions to resolve client issues:

1. Exit the game, free up some memory on your device and restart the game.

2. Uninstall some apps you do not need on your device to free up internal storage.

3. Make sure your device is compatible with the minimum spec requirements outlined above.

4. Reinstall the game.

If your game is still persistently crashing, you can submit a ticket to our Customer Support here. If possible, provide a video of the issue or steps to replicate it to help us speed up our investigation!
