Following its decision to rebrand the football simulation PES franchise to eFootball, game developer Konami released the first official gameplay trailer for eFootball at gamescom 2021.
Konami reworks the gameplay in eFootball to bring players a realistic virtual football realm.
The whole game is rebuilt in Unreal Engine, with multiple new features are implemented.
For example, it offers players with more freedom to control the ball, while adding special kicks (like a Sharp kick) to create exciting football experience. In addition, team playstyles are enhanced.
eFootball will be free-to-play and will launch on PC and console first this autumn, with mobile version (both iOS and Android) to follow soon after.
