**Review of Undawn**
Unfortunately, my experience with Undawn has been disappointing. Despite the promising trailers and intriguing concepts, the game did not meet my expectations.
First and foremost, while the graphics may initially seem appealing, they often suffer from low texture quality and performance issues. Frequent frame drops and lag significantly detract from the overall gameplay experience.
Additionally, the game mechanics do not always function smoothly. Combat feels clunky, and the controls require time to get used to. I encountered several bugs that interrupted my progress and caused frustration.
Moreover, the storyline leaves much to be desired. It feels flat and predictable, with dialogues that fail to engage. This makes the game less immersive than I had hoped.
The customer support was also underwhelming. My inquiries about technical issues went unanswered for a long time, and the solutions provided were not always effective.
Overall, Undawn does not live up to the level I anticipated. I hope the developers take player feedback seriously and implement significant improvements, but at this point, I cannot recommend this game.
