The developers of this game are very greedy, anything you want to purchase are based on gambling, it’s like they’re running a roulette, you have to spend big amounts to get skins (castle, legion, heroes etc…) one thousand kind of skins, imagine that I contacted the support to ask about an event skin that works by gambling they told me it’s guaranteed on 34 big box(3400$) and after I got the 34 box they simply told me I should did 36 big box and I had no luck I should try again next event!!!!! So after 2 years I quite the game ,and I can’t even understand how it could be listed on AppStore and they do such scams!? as it attached

They simply changed the definition, and scammed a player ,and who knows what they’re actually doing to others!!! But the question is, they can simply scam players and run away with that?? Unfortunately, thats happening
