We are back with another review, this time i decided to play this game, and only found myself getting disappointed with this game. I'll be breaking this game down component by component and let you decide.
The pros are the following below.
- Tutorial: I mean it's straight forward, I've played similar games but this one seems to be easy to learn however you may need to pay attention to your yellow arrows on the map.
- how easy is it to play?: As i said before with the tutorial, it's very straightforward. Though i do feel like there is a lack of thought behind some of the maps particularly calling out
- Graphics:  it's very realistic and seems pretty accurate which maybe this games saving grace as this is the area of expertise that I worry about a lot with trying new games.
- Open chat: I'm actually glad i can chat with online players, that's a good selling point to me as a player.
- Free loot: My suggestion is to keep all the good loot in chests and the reason why is in the cons until you get enough for a gun or something along those lines to really help you. I say this based on their season pass thing you get as you earn rewards the more you progress as i see some good loot there.
The cons are
- lack of storyline up front: I'm a big backstory/lore so when there is a lack of how did the zombies start in your game? What makes your character the way they are? How did you get to the place you started from? All of these should be a good focus especially considering it's a zombie game, i don't want to start a game and not know the context.
- What happens when you die: This is like a kick in the teeth for the players of the game. There is no way to recover your stuff after you die so you have to work ten times harder to get the stuff back especially in the important areas that reset in an hour like that defeats the entire purpose.
- what about reviving: This game is very money centered in which you are stuck having to pay 100 in game currency to revive. If i wanted to spend money on a game, it would certainly not keep my stuff in which it would all disappear otherwise. Kinda pointless in playing the game if you ask me.
- special event like a military crash: I suggest going there with a double backpack and nothing in your inventory because you will only be able to go there once. If you die or leave the area, you cannot return. I know a game that's ten times better and you can return more than once and this is not it.
- Places to go worth looting: Lack of locations in the beginning and the locations you do have, it's almost pointless in playing because the loot you get is mostly junk.
Overall, i may just keep looking for a better game and uninstall this app because i don't see a point in playing this game as the cons outweigh the pros, for me. You can try it if you want, but personally know of better games to try then this game as you get more of the zombie fighting aspect and deeper lore.
Let me know what your thoughts are if you do decide to try the game out. I'm certainly open to see people's different perspectives of this game.
