hello Robin, As the question above raise, I think I know why it triggered this, first, I do sometimes login using Emulator, but never played a single match using it, secondly, my phone is a Gaming Phone but it does not have a trigger button. you cannot use trigger or any equipment that you have advantages over other mobile players.

By the way, are you using a gaming phone? If yes, that might be the issue. Inorder to match with mobile players, it is advised to refrain from using peripherals such as shoulder triggers. However, if this is not the case then please fill out the form above.
