A somewhat unique turn based RPG, that has quite a number of RNG.
Graphics are quite...old, if i would describe it. It has this vibe of old anime, mixed with comic-style game art, which I'm quite fond of, tbh. Characters are designed quite nicely, but it sometimes feels retouched AI arts.
Gameplay is somewhat unique. It isn't really completely new, but they tried to make it look like it's unique too much, that it complicates things way more than they should have.
Battle system is basically turn based RPG, but it has lot of phases. Starting with Beginning Phase where you use passive skills, Dice Phase where you roll a dice to know which skills can be used, Main Phase where you select skills to use, Battle Phase where the game carries out your command and finally an End Phase where it ends the turn.
It is a process that every game has but they had to separate it into phases to slow down the pace of battle, making it bit dull.
Also, game has 2 types of elements that you need to take into consideration for advantages, which is understandable, since there are quite a number of games that has this system.
However, rank up system for a character was something new for me that I'm not really digging it.
Characters have different types of 'base'. Same character may have different base, and when you use a dupe to rank up, you are basically inheriting the base of the targeted dupe, and stat bonus you get from rank up differs from which base you have used.
Meaning, by using the right base for your character, it can become quite OP, but it also means you will need to roll countless of times to get a dupe with base you need.
Story is about trying to stop a war that may rise from economy collapsing around the whole world, and MC has to now set on a journey to replace the current failing currency to more stable and reliable currency in order to prevent a war that may happen.
Theme of the story was intriguing until I saw how stupidly characters were depicted, being completely ignorant of the economy system, even when they already said the thing with their own mouth, and story just tends to get all over the place with bad jokes and needless flashbacks that happens every two seconds that just made me lose interest.
Overall, if you are looking for a tiny bit of unique system to play with, I would recommend the game.
There is something charming about the system, that surely could use some improvement.

Rates are not bad, but since you have to roll for the base you want for the said character, and you also have to roll gacha for skills they use, I wouldn't really call it good. But it's not that hard to gather gacha currency when starting out, but I'm not sure how it will be around endgame.
