Originally if you asked me a year ago how I would rate this game I would have given it a 5/5 but each time I Have to deal with customer service it makes me loathe when something goes wrong that I have to “resort”. Out of the 7 times I've had to use it each time I Have been told nothing can be done in the situation.
I say it like that because you Could have another person sending you death threats and wishing your kids had cancer and report that player to them with screen shots and customer service will practically tell you that you are lying and have no proof of the behavior. Not to mention the customer service will close your ticket when they don't want to deal with it
And if you think blocking the player will do anything the game will remove them from your block list so the player can continue their actions. The game defends harder the moment you spend any amount of money and it is clear the people who work for the game do NOT care about you and only care about The money that will go into their pocket.
