I have such fond memories of this game, which are largely based on the nostalgia I found in playing a game so like an old favorite called Taipan - which I played 100yrs ago, on an Apple lle.
The review criteria above don’t really apply to games of this vintage. It has simple gameplay, but I enjoy it. It has questionable graphics and music, but I like them anyway. And the story is more of a suggestion than anything fully fleshed out, and yet here I am looking for a way to play it again. After all these years.
It’s likely to appeal most to either those nostalgic for early/mid 80’s computer games, or maybe those who enjoy time management app based games.
If you can meet it where it is, you might have some fun with it. If you’re expecting it to meet today’s standards in gameplay? Save yourself the time & aggravation, and just give it a pass - this game is not for you.
