Dark Surge: My Honest Review

I play Dark Surge for many hours now. This game is dark, very dark, but also very fun. I want to share my experience, so maybe you like to play too. I not good at English, but I try my best.
FIRSTS FEELING
When I first open game, I see dark world, like everything broken. It feel like no hope. I like this feeling. It make game feel serious. The art is very nice, very detailed. The characters look good, and monsters scary. The music also very good. It make me feel inside this dark world.
Game start simple. I choose my character and begin. First enemy I fight is not hard, but later, game become very difficult. If you like easy game, this not for you. Dark Surge is like Dark Souls, you must think before fight, or you die. I die many times, but I learn, so I become better.
GAMEPLAY
The combat is best part of Dark Surge. It feel very smooth, and every hit feel real. You can attack fast or slow, and block enemy attack. Timing is important. If you hit at wrong time, enemy hit you back, and you die fast.
Weapons and skills are very interesting. You can change how you fight. Some weapons are fast, some are slow but strong. You also have special skills to make combat better. I like big sword because it do big damage, but it also slow, so I must be careful.
Game also have story, but it not easy to understand. Many things hidden, and you must explore to know more. Some NPCs tell you about world, but not everything. You must think and find out yourself.
HARD or EASY?
This game is hard. If you don’t like hard games, maybe not good for you. Some bosses take me many tries to win. But when I win, I feel so happy! It feel like real achievement. Every fight is like puzzle, you must learn enemy moves, then find way to win.
Sometimes, game feel unfair. Some enemies can kill you very fast, and if you don’t pay attention, you die again and again. But I think this is part of game, you must learn.
GOOD THINGS (PROS)
✅ Very good combat – Feel smooth and fun, but hard.
✅ Beautiful dark world – It feel real, like everything is broken and dangerous.
✅ Good music and sound – Make game feel alive.
✅ Many ways to fight – Different weapons and skills make game interesting.
BAD THINGS (CONS)
❌ Game is very hard – Not for everyone, maybe some people give up.
❌ Story not easy to understand – You must explore a lot to know what is happening.
❌ Some bugs – Sometimes enemy do weird things or game freeze, but not often.
FINAL THOUGHTS
I really like Dark Surge. It hard, but fun. If you like challenge and dark world games, you will like this too. But if you want easy game, maybe not good for you. I hope developers fix small problems, then game will be even better.
