It's just a game made to be bad in any way possible the choices of furniture are very limited like 10 bed's and 4 couches and you can only open 4 rooms (after level 3 they say you can open more room's but you can't because you cant even get to the second floor) also picking the expensive furniture's doesn't matter because the room price is always 200 so why there's even a different prices for them and the whole space besides you (the pool and the gas station are useless)
So basically it's a game that wanted to be something but ended up being literally nothing
Oh I've almost forgot the cherry on top you got forced ad ever two to Three minutes
