It's an early access/play test, DONT EXPECT MUCH. Seriously. Right now it's only 2 levels, and they aren't even randomly generated so it's not even "roguelike" yet.
Combat has an eerily familiar quality to it. Think it might be the sounds. It's fairly simple, you start with a sword and bow, looks like you get randomized loot of different rarities, gear has different abilities you can level up. Stuff like increased drop rate, heal on kill, bonus damage. There's accessory type gear, I got a summon wolf thing, a healing totem, speed boost mushroom.
I like the look and feel. Easy to move around and attack. Couple of difficult spots where there's multiple ranged mobs shooting at you, but nothing too difficult.
Could definitely use some chests or barrels with loot scattered around the map.
Definitely going to keep an eye on this one, it could turn out to be a good roguelike/hack and slash type game.
