How to Access the Same Pokémon UNITE Save Data on Multiple Devices

474 View2021-09-22
Regardless of which device you started on, the same Pokémon UNITE save data can be accessed from a Nintendo Switch system or a mobile device by linking the correct Nintendo Account or Pokémon Trainer Club account.

Transfer access to existing Nintendo Switch save data to a new mobile device
1. Launch Pokémon UNITE on your mobile device, then on the title screen select Transfer Access to Data. Note that if you do not select Transfer Access to Data during the initial setup process, it will not be possible to go back to sync your data with existing Nintendo Switch save data.
TapTap
2. From the platform log-in selection screen, select Nintendo Account or Pokémon Trainer Club account. NoteSelect the same account that is linked to Pokémon UNITE on your Nintendo Switch system.
TapTap
3. Once the same Nintendo Account (or Pokémon Trainer Club account) is linked, then the same save data can be accessed on both devices.
Please note: If you start the mobile version without initially selecting Transfer Access to Data during the setup process, it will not be possible to sync your data with existing Nintendo Switch save data. If this occurs, you will need to delete and reinstall the application to start again.

Transfer access to existing mobile device save data to the Nintendo Switch
1. Before launching the Nintendo Switch version of Pokémon UNITE, go to Settings in the mobile version and link a Nintendo Account or a Pokémon Trainer Club account. Note that the Nintendo Account or Pokémon Trainer Club account that you link to both the mobile device and Nintendo Switch versions must be the same. Additionally, once an account has been linked, it cannot be unlinked.
TapTap
2. If you previously linked a Nintendo Account, your mobile version save data will automatically be synced with the Nintendo Switch version if the Nintendo Account used is the same. If you previously linked a Pokémon Trainer Club account, your mobile version save data can be synced with the Nintendo Switch version by linking the same Pokémon Trainer Club Account when choosing a log-in platform during the initial launch process.
TapTap
Note:
•  If you launch the Nintendo Switch version of Pokémon UNITE before linking the associated user’s Nintendo Account to the mobile device version of Pokémon UNITE, that user’s Nintendo Account can no longer be synced with the existing mobile version save data.
•  If your existing mobile version save data is not synced before starting the Nintendo Switch version, you will need to prepare a separate Nintendo Switch user that is linked to the correct Nintendo Account in order to access the same save data on both devices.

•  Google
•  Facebook
•  Apple (only when the new device is also iOS)
